Concept: Villa Cantik is a place of understated elegance in a
quiet and secluded location, just 50m from the protected water’s of
Benoa Harbour in south Bali. One of an enclave of six villas known as
the Puri Tirta Villas, this stunning three-bedroom villa is perfect for a
family or a group of friends looking for a private place to relax but
also a great place to play. This villa is filled with water features,
immaculate lawns, mature frangipani trees and palms dotting a large
garden which is dominated by a 20m swimming pool, complete with
waterfall and giant Buddha statue.
Set back from the water at the rear of the estate, Villa Cantik is
blessed in its location with proximity to all the water sports available
at the nearby white sand beaches of Nusa Dua as well as having its own
private jetty and access to the water. Guests will be spoilt for dining
choice by the large selection of great restaurants and bars that fill
the adjacent five star resorts of Nusa Dua and all the way up the main
road to the tip of the peninsula.
Accommodation: Villa Cantik has a large central living pavilion with
marble floors, three soft and comfortable couches, a 37” flat screen TV
with satellite channels and DVD player, and a fully-equipped European
styled kitchen. To the left stairs lead to the upstairs master suite
while downstairs to the right is the second bedroom. French doors lead
out to a stone terrace where a 20 x 6m pool dominates the garden and is
flanked by the third bedroom and an outdoor formal dining room for eight
persons. Both the living and dining rooms be closed off for
air-conditioned comfort. A bale bengong relaxation pavilion sits above
the pool at the far end in front of a gentle waterfall providing the
constant sound of moving water to the villa.
All the bedrooms have hard wood flooring and marble bathrooms. The
master bedroom has high pitched ceilings and a Jacuzzi bath with views
over the water while the downstairs rooms have outdoor monsoon showers.
An antique Balinese door in the wall leads to path which goes down to
the concrete jetty where romantic sunset dinners can be arranged.

Location: Villa Cantik is one of six villas that sit on the water’s
edge on the Tanjung Peninsula in Benoa in southern Bali, just 20 minutes
from Ngurah Rai International Airport. It is located near the water’s
edge a very short drive from the upscale tourist enclave of Nusa Dua,
home to many of the island’s best five star resorts and restaurants. The
surrounding area is a water sports paradise and home to some of Bali’s
best beaches, two championship golf courses and a swathe of top quality
